How Our Service Works

1 Send Us Your Documents

Drop off your documents at our Austin location, schedule a local pickup in the Travis County area, or mail them to our PO Box. Documents must be received by noon for same-day afternoon filing.
For mail-in clients, please include a prepaid return shipping label or we will bill return shipping at actual cost.

2 We File at the Secretary of State

We take your documents directly to the Texas Secretary of State office every weekday afternoon. Your documents are handled personally by Ray Lang — never passed to a third party.
We file on your behalf and track the status of your documents throughout the process.

3 Documents Returned to You

Once apostilled, your documents are returned to you by your preferred method — local delivery, FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Return shipping is billed at actual cost with no markup. We will notify you by call or text when your documents are ready.

State fees are paid directly to the Texas Secretary of State and are not our fee. Adoption documents qualify for a reduced fee of $10 per document.

The Texas Secretary of State limits walk-in processing to 10 documents per transaction. For batches larger than 10 documents please contact us in advance to make arrangements.
